Tim Buividas, Ed.D.
Dr. Tim Buividas founded the Corporate Learning Institute in 1992. His passion is working in change management consulting, training and development, and team and individual coaching. His goal is to create provocative learning experiences that change people’s lives.
Susan Cain, Ed.D. LCSW
Dr. Susan Cain, CLI Partner is a creative instructional designer, strategist, author, executive coach and facilitator. Sue brings her clinical skills and insights into her work with clients.
She has worked across business sectors worldwide with organizations including Kellogg, Cirque Du Soleil, Disney Federal Credit Union, Kerry, Tellabs and Whirlpool.
William Johnson, MCT, CPC
William is an experienced training and development professional who specializes in team development programs and performance coaching for individuals. He has worked with a wide variety of organizations, including corporations, non-profits and schools.
Prior to moving into the training and education sector, William spent 20 years working for Aon Corporation in both London and Chicago in a variety of senior financial management roles including Corporate Treasurer for Aon UK, and Senior Vice
President for Aon Advisors US, Aon’s investment management company. William is a CPC – Certified Professional Coach, holds a BA Education and a master’s degree in Corporate Treasury Management; Illinois Professional Educators License; ACCT Level II Challenge Course Practitioner and Challenge Course Manager Certifications.
Debi is a graduate from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a BFA in 1998, began working at Carol Naughton + Associates, one of the top environmental graphic design consultants. With their firm for over 12 years, started as an intern and moved into the position of a senior designer / project manager position for the remaining 8 years. After leaving Naughton + Associates, Debi started her own design firm Mode Design Collaborative designing and managing multiple print, web, signage, exhibit and interior decorating for multiple client; working with large corporations to sole proprietorships.
Knowledgable and detail-oriented in all aspects of design, I enjoy problem solving using creative solutions. I am a skilled, mulit-tasker able to manage multiple large and small projects at the same time with creative, successful results utilizing large and small budgets.
She enjoys keeping up-to-date with the latest programs, materials, printing and fabrication processes to be sure to utilize the best material for each project, always open to using creative solutions verses the mainstream, which can create a unique and memorable visual effect for end users of all media.
