Virtual Coping and Productivity Training
Nan McKay and Associates, the leading provider of professional services to the affordable housing industry, needed to reach out to their workforce during the historic 2020 Pandemic with resources to ensure wellness and productivity. The firm requested a 3-4-week program to engage and educate people on hoe to become wellness champions.
CLI developed a coaching session to engage supervisors as coaches to underscore and emphasize learning content. A learning platform, CLI’s Learning Quest, served as a resource distribution website for program participants. CLI then designed three 60-minute Zoom training sessions session with core learning content. Participants were asked to assess their wellness levels, then develop skills and adopt the use of helpful resources to ensure coping and productivity skills.
With useful and inspiring video’s, breakouts and case studies, participants felt they both and enjoyed and benefitted from training. The leave-behind materials serve as an on-going reference list of resources for the days ahead.
