Change Management Consulting
We specialize in working with strategic groups that need to create and embed performance based organizational change. Our process typically begins with an executive retreat. The process includes interviews, focus groups and/or survey work to gather data. Then, a 2-3 day off-site is designed. After the off-site we provide On Target Team Coaching ensuring that the process continues to drive the impact and results you desire.

>Corporate Challenge Cup
Your teams rotate through a series of low-impact team-building activities, such as “hitting your numbers” and “giant planks puzzle”, designed to motivate participants to work together as a team.

On Target Performance Coaching
Our On Target Coaching is a performance alignment process for individuals and groups to understand, improve and transcend their current workplace behaviors, skills and results. We work with clients on an intervention basis (stuck teams or individuals) or on an ongoing developmental basis.
Coaching sessions include face-to-face, phone and email sessions. Participants receive 360° feedback, performance improvement application tools and techniques and tangible work assignments to complete between sessions.
