Ropes Course Experience
A ropes course is a series of outdoor team building activities that challenge your team members to work very effectively together. We offer team building programs on both our high ropes course and our low ropes team challenge course. Our high ropes course is approximately 30 feet above the group and is accessed by a spiral staircase. The low ropes team challenge is a series of ground based team building activities. We also offer lighter team building activities.
Corporate Adult Friendly
Our ropes course team building activities are designed physically and emotionally for today’s adult workforce. Professional business trainers facilitate the ropes courses. The debriefing/processing is directly linked to your business objectives (Sorry, no gooey acid rivers or kumbya singing camp counselors/corporate trainers).
From A Learning Perspective
Our provocative ropes course and team building programs are very effective tools for impacting your people’s leadership and team skills. Your people will develop a greater understanding and appreciation of their performance strengths and limitations.
Issues of group norms, change, conflict management, decision-making, risk taking and planning can be addressed through these activity-based workplace team building simulations.
From A Fun Perspective
Your participants will have a blast on our both our high ropes and low ropes courses. They will get to know each other deeper and faster that any other experience can offer. They will walk away motivated and realizing their ability to accomplish things they never thought possible.
Ropes course programs are typically half day to three days in length.
We offer our team building, ropes course, training and development workshops and coaching services at our Chicago partner site, Marriott’s Hickory Ridge Conference Hotel, at affiliate sites worldwide, or at the location of your choosing.
